Greeting! Glad to see you back! This 40-Day Exercise Challenge is going to be a little different this time-
Easy As 1-2-3 meaning:
Easy As 1-2-3 meaning:
1. Commit to 30 minutes a day of exercise for 40-Days straight.
2. Declutter anything for 10 minutes a day for 40-Days straight.
3. Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on how well you ate healthy that day.
Example: "Day 1 - 30 minutes pilates - cleaned a drawer - 8"
You MUST post every day - commit! I did this once and ended up going for 431 Days straight. The profile pic is the Vision Art Design I created to motivate myself and WOWEE, what results!
I've known several people to try this challenge and it has changed the way they think about exercise. It's no longer IF but WHEN - like brushing your teeth. I promise you will find the time.
