FOR A 40-Day Exercise Challenge!
Beginning January 10th - commit to at least 30 minutes a day for 40 days straight of some form of exercise. It can be walking, weights, yoga, intense house-cleaning, tai chi, pilates, jogging, you get the idea!
A couple of years ago, I saw a woman on Oprah waltz out 168 lbs lighter (that's a WHOLE PERSON!) when she committed to 30 minutes a day. I thought, "Hey! Even I can do that!" Then I wondered for how many days...40 days has significant biblical meaning so I chose 40. I got to 40 and thought how about 100? I got to 100 and went on for 431 days!

Now it's time for another 40-Day Challenge and I'm trying to rustle up as many people as I can to jump-start the new year! What I found out was amazing: it is EASIER to exercise every day than to over-work and over-stress your mind, playing all sorts of games with your head on WHICH days to exercise. It's WHEN and not IF!

Yesterday, North Shore Taekwondo offered up a no-cost trial membership to the first 5 (plus me!) people to contact him signed up for the 40-Day Exercise Challenge. There are 3 spots left!!
